How to Order Furniture from K.B. O'Connell

1. Select the furniture and options you wish to order.

2. Call (207) 862-6290 or email us at KBO@tds.net with any questions.

3. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to initiate your furniture order. We accept a check or money order made payable to: K.B. O'Connell. Mail this to:

4. We will confirm your order by U.S. Postal Mail or by email and give an estimated build and ship date. The balance due must be paid in full prior to the build date. If you are in the area, you may schedule an appointment to pick your furniture up.

5. All orders delivered to a Maine address or picked up at our shop must include 5% Maine State Sales Tax. If your order is to be shipped rather than picked up, a 6% crating fee is also added to the total price of your order to cover materials. Shipping charges are additional depending on what is ordered and how and where it needs to be shipped.
